Cancellation on the end of the client does NOT warrant a refund. However, you will be allowed to reschedule up to 3 hours before the start of the original appointment. After 2 attempts to reschedule, you will be blocked from scheduling an appointment and will not be given a refund. If I, the owner, cancel the appointment, you will be granted a full refund for that session. If the client fails to show after 10 minutes without prior communication, the appointment is canceled, and there are no refunds. If I do not show after 10 minutes without prior communication, the client will be refunded the full amount for that session.
